Omicron Delta Epsilon (ODE) is a prestigious national economics honor society to promote excellence in economics by recognizing outstanding achievements and by encouraging professional exchange among students, and faculty.

Stephen Adams ODE Executive Board MemberStephen Adams

Stephen is someone with broad academic and extracurricular interests. Outside of class, you will find him discussing ideas with friends and professors, reading a wide variety of books, playing golf or chess, or engaging with prospective students as a tour guide.


Justin Joseph ODE Executive Board MemberJustin Joseph

Justin is a senior, originally from Westfield, New Jersey. He is pursuing an economics and human health joint major on the pre-med track. His research interests currently look at patient-centered outcomes specifically at defining young adult stroke as well as complementary integrative rehabilitation medicine. Justin is a huge foodie and loves exploring restaurants in the Atlanta area and getting lost in new neighborhoods.


Ravij Lade ODE Executive Board MemberRavij Lade

Ravij is a junior double majoring in Economics and Math. His interests particularly lie in finance and optimization and is excited to work with quantitative models to explore business problems. He intends to pursue a dual degree in engineering with Georgia Tech upon graduation.


Abby Millender

Abby Millender is a senior from Portland, Oregon pursuing a major in Economics and a minor in Global Health. Within the Economics department, Abby has served as a research assistant and an Intermediate Microeconomics teaching assistant for the past two semester. Outside of her academics at Emory, Abby has been involved on the Mock Trial Team, served as Treasurer of SPEAR Emory, will be a trip lead for Volunteer Emory this fall, and currently serves as VP of Scholarship for the Emory Panhellenic Council Executive Board. Abby's passions also include piano, which she has continued at Emory through private lessons from the Emory Music Department, and hiking. She is extremely excited to begin her honors thesis in economics this fall with Dr. Evan Salzman on insurer entry and exit under the Affordable Care Act to further her study of health economics.

Ethan is a senior at Emory University studying Economics and Finance in the Business School. He is interested in the relationships between economics and everyday individual actions. He also likes to watch and play basketball in his free time.
