The registration fees are as follows:
Early Bird Registration (by May 12, 2026):
- ES Member $600
- ES Non-Member $1,000
- ES Student Member $400
- ES Student Non-Member $700
Late Registration (after May 12, 2026):
- ES Member $700
- ES Non-Member $1,100
- ES Student Member $450
- ES Student Non-Member $750

The conference registration fee includes use of meeting spaces and conference facilities, welcome reception, all breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks during the conference.
The Emory Conference Center Hotel features state-of-the-art conference and event spaces, a business center, 2 restaurants, and coffee bar. The Conference Center is located on a 26-acre forest and features 325 guestrooms with complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services. Recreational amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool, and hiking trails.
Please note:
- Hotel accommodations (and dorm for graduate students) are not included in the registration fee.
- The Gala Dinner on Friday, June 5, 2026 is not included in the registration fee but can be added at the time of registration at a subsidized cost of $50.

Emory Conference Center Hotel will honor the discounted hotel rate for rooms booked before May 12, 2026.
Yes, there are a limited number of Emory University dorm accommodations for graduate students that are located within walking distance of the Emory Conference Center Hotel. All dorm accommodations include a private bedroom with private bathroom. Dorm accommodations are priced for 3 nights and are reserved on a space available basis.
