Economics Leadership Program
The Economics Leadership Program was launched in 2024 as a joint initiative between WOMEN CHOICE and the Emory Economics Department. This program emphasizes the crucial role of transformational leadership in advancing global change and encourages both undergraduate and graduate economics students to develop their leadership skills by engaging in mentorship and networking opportunities.
Our program is open to all students who are eager to develop strong leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in their careers. While leadership development benefits everyone, we recognize that certain groups, including women, often face unique challenges in advancing to leadership roles.

Economics Leadership Club
The Leadership Club is an encouraging environment that allows students to discuss solutions to the challenges they face as they work to become successful leaders in their fields of interest.
Mentorship
Our monthly mentorship program offers exceptional opportunities for undergraduate and graduate economics students to connect and learn from global leaders.
Economics Leadership Course
Our accredited course addresses an overview of the unique challenges faced by students in economics and equips them with essential leadership skills to promote their personal and professional growth.

Networking Opportunities
This dynamic networking program provides a vital link between academic study and practical, leadership-driven experiences by connecting students with established professional leaders in the field of economics.
