Emory Economics Department hosted the 2026 North American Summer Meeting of the Econometric Society at the Emory Conference Center Hotel, June 4-7, 2026. Around 600 participants from 299 institutions (academic, high tech, international organizations, regulatory agencies, central banks, etc.) across 38 countries attended the Conference.
Emory incoming President Christopher L. Augostini welcomed the participants at the reception the first night. Nobu Kiyotaki delivered the Presidential Address and Susan Athey, Benjamin Moll, and Lucrezia Reichlin delivered the Blackwell-Robinson, Cowles, and Walras-Bowley Lectures, respectively. There were 7 Semi-Plenary sessions and 140 contributed sessions.
